Whitesville t-shirts evoke the essence of vintage t-shirts, back from the good ol' days. These tees are made in Japan on vintage loopwheeler machines, just like how vintage t-shirts were originally made. High-quality combed cotton yarn is chosen to ensure softness, thickness, and durability, so all of the short-staple yarns are removed, and only the higher-quality long-staple yarns are used to knit the fabric. Loopwheelers knit the fabric into round tubes, which are directly used as the bodies for the t-shirts, leaving them without side-seams so they fit better and do not twist over time through washes. Since loopwheeled fabrics are woven with zero-tension, they are softer and more durable, wearing and washing much better over time, so that they end up lasting a long time without losing their fit or feel. The shoulders, sleeves, and hem are sewn with double-needle stitching, while the neck is double-bound, which helps to prevent the garment from losing its shape and stretching.
