Due to changes in U.S. trade and tariff regulations, certain goods entering the United States from Canada may now be subject to additional tariffs and import charges. This means that depending on the product and its country of origin, your Brooklyn Clothing order may be assessed duties or tariffs when entering the United States.
What This Means for You

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by U.S. Customs upon delivery.

Brooklyn Clothing Co. does not collect or control these fees, and therefore cannot refund or reimburse any charges applied by U.S. Customs.

While we continue to cover the cost of shipping from Canada, we cannot absorb additional government-imposed tariffs.

Brooklyn Clothing provides all required customs documentation with every international shipment, including HS codes and country-of-origin information, to help ensure your order moves through customs as smoothly as possible.
Please note that duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges are not included in your order total at checkout. For the most accurate information regarding potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or other import charges and is returned to Brooklyn Clothing, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
