18 Waits is one of our core Canadian offerings, as we are always proud to stock well-made, timeless product made here by our fellow Canadians. 18 Waits states that their garments are made to be "worn well, enjoyed, loved, and destroyed," an approach to clothing that resonates deeply with us. Founded by our good friend Dan Torjman in 2008, 18 Waits has an "old European mentality" inspired by soulful microcosms of society, like old speakeasies and English pubs, well-worn instruments and leather boots, and lived-in wooded cabins adorned with wooden furniture just as lived-in as the cabin itself. 

18 Waits offers a seasonally excellent collection of beautiful shirting fabrics, available in consistent cuts that you know will always fit perfectly. Dan chooses fabrics that are ideal for the individual piece in mind, allowing 18 Waits to really emphasize their focus on quality. The materials and craftsmanship must pass a high bar, with the line being produced by select artisans and factories across Canada and America.
