Samurai's new 15oz Washi (Japanese traditional paper) selvedge denim is woven from weft yarns that are actually made up of a blend of cotton and washi paper, making this a completely unique denim with a unique texture and properties. Washi actually has excellent water absorption, wicking, and fast drying properties, which are all passed onto the denim, and give it a light, cool hand that is satisfying to wear. The warp yarns are a Samurai original; incorporating ultra-long-staple Japanese cotton yarns that give the denim a silky lusture and texture, for a denim that is both elegant and fresh, and also packed with texture. 

Samurai's 710 slim straight cut offers a comfortable mid rise and a straight leg with little taper to speak of.
