Inspired by the iconic U.S. Navy deck jackets of the 1940s, Iron Heart's N1 has become one of the brand's most recognizable outerwear silhouettes. This lightweight interpretation replaces the traditional heavyweight alpaca wool insulation and quilted sleeves with a breathable, weather-resistant Japanese Ventile cotton lining, creating a slimmer and more versatile jacket that's ideal for the transitional months.
For FW26, Iron Heart has also updated the 12oz Japanese whipcord fabric with a new reactive-dye treatment, replacing the sulphur-dyed fabric used on previous versions. The result is a richer, deeper shade of olive with improved colour retention, allowing the jacket to maintain its distinctive appearance through years of wear. A contrasting corduroy-lined collar completes the design, preserving the classic military character that has made the N1 such an enduring favourite.
