The Flat Head's signature "THC" t-shirts are made for durability, sewn from a dense cotton jersey woven on vintage 1960s loopwheel machines, and constructed with double and triple-needle stitching to ensure longevity. "Three needles, one removed." This is Flat Head's unique method for sewing t-shirts, a distinctive style of stitch that reinforces the neck and prevents it from stretching over time by triple-stitching the neck with two heavy cotton stitches in the rib, and one in the jersey. This technique moves the tension away from the ribbed neck and into the stitching, helping to prevent neck stretch.

These t-shirts also feature high quality screenprints inspired by a North Dakota's Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, operating annually since 1938. American motorcycle rally classic Flying Wheel brand logo on the back and left chest, printed in different colours depending on the colour of the fabric.
