5740 12oz Fox Cotton Work Shirt Brown
Studio D'Artisan's classic work shirt, sewn from a Japanese 12oz Fox Cotton twill with a soft, organically textured hand. Fox Cotton is completely and entirely organic, grown with zero pesticides. It is also completely undyed, as it is a wild, coloured variety of cotton, with a pleasant colour that comes from the natural earth tones inherent to the plant. Sally Fox, a "pioneer in the cotton world," is accredited with reviving a multi-thousand year old variety of wild cotton to create Fox Cotton and present the fashion industry with an enviromentally friendly alternative to mass produced cotton and synthetic dyes.
Fox Cotton has a unique fiber structure full of microscopic air pockets, improving the performance of the fabric and providing excellent heat retention, UV retention, and quick-drying properties. And of course it is very soft and comfortable against skin, with a subtle organic texture that gives it a really nice hand.
