5728 Indigo Sashiko Shirt

Studio D'Artisan's 5728 workshirt is cut from an indigo rope-dyed Japanese dobby cloth fabric, woven with varying yarn weights to give the fabric a subtle rippling texture across the surface, with a sashiko-stitched diamond pattern embroidered on top. With washing the texture will improve even further, as the uneven yarns that make up the fabric and sashiko detailing shrink at different rates, giving the fabric more texture and a more defined ripple. Combined with the fade potential of the rope-dyed indigo yarns, this shirt is sure to age beautifully with time.
