Wesco's MP95 last is a D width and runs slightly large, so we recommend sizing down one half size from your properly measured Brannock size, or standard US sneaker size. If you have a very wide foot, consider going true to size. Each boot also includes a leather footbed, which can be removed to provide more volume or to accomodate a different insole.

These Chromexcel Hendrik boots are a continuation of our past custom Wesco makeups, in which we wanted to showcase Wesco's incredible PNW craftsmanship through a style that we are all intimately familiar with in the shop: a classic 7" toe-cap service boot, built to the specs of a heritage work boot. These are built on the usual MP95 last with Wesco's regular toe, offering an anatomical shape that pairs well with the toe cap, leather midsole, leather stacked heel, and Vibram outsoles for a classic silhouette that lands somewhere between a west coast workboot and a WWII service boot. Details include a straight toe cap, oxidized copper eyelets, tonal upper stitching, and natural leather midsoles, with #269 Vibram Western soles and heels to finish it off.

Our newest Wesco delivery takes our custom Hendrik makeups to the next level with Horween's incredible Teacore Horsehide, an excellent heavier-weight alternative to the much-loved Horween CXL we have used for previous makeups. While both are very versatile leathers, this horsehide offers an elevated level of texture and character due to the horsehide's more prominent grain, which means each boot will showcase its texture in a unique way. These hides have also been left as partially struck-through after veg-tanning, making this a teacore leather that will expose its natural underlying brown tones as the surface of the leather sees wear, ageing just like vintage leather boots would.
