Since loopwheeled fabrics are woven with zero-tension, they are softer and more durable, wearing and washing much better over time, so that they end up lasting a long time without losing their fit or feel. The shoulders, sleeves, and hem are sewn with double-needle stitching, while the neck is double-bound, which helps to prevent the garment from losing its shape and stretching.

Just like their t-shirts, Whitesville's hoodies are traditionally made on vintage loopwheel machines, carefully made to reproduce the best aspects of vintage sportswear. These hoodies are made with a heavy loopwheeled fabric, woven with thick yarns and heavily brushed for a super soft interior. Loopwheelers knit the fabric into round tubes, which are directly used as the bodies for the sweatshirts, leaving them without side-seams so they fit better and do not twist over time through washes. Sewn on a flat-seam machine, with classic ribbed piping details.
