Buzz Rickson's classic Peacoat, as US Navy staple. It's said that "Pea Coat" is derived from the Dutch "pijjekker", as "pij" refers to a jacket's outer shell. In English it's known as "Pilot cloth" or "P-cloth", with the pilot or captain being known for wearing these coats. Just like the original US Navy versions, these peacoats are made with a heavyweight 36oz melton wool, and finished with iconic black bakelite buttons featuring an anchor surrounded by 13 stars.
