UES' Medical Shirt is an alternative to their classic denim work shirt, sewn from a lightweight Japanese denim that weighs in at just under 10 ounces, and features additional details that should be quite functional in hot weather, or in stuffy medical clinics of the past.

This shirt features a very unique exaggerated curved double-layered yoke, placing an additional layer of lightweight linen canvas against the cotton denim in order to absorb sweat and dry quicker than the cotton fibers. This yoke contours around the back, shoulders, and armpits of the shirt and circles around to the front in line with natural human anatomy, so that the absorbent nature of the linen layer is most effective. Small blanket-stitched pinholes are also placed along the yoke to provide airflow and breathability, making this an ideal denim workshirt for warmer weather.
