Crafted entirely in Tuscany, Italy by master leather artisans, the Florentian brand Il Bisonte has specialized in authentic, high quality Italian leather goods since 1970, with a focus on creating beautiful lifetime goods that align with Italy's perfected casual-chic style. Il Bisonte exclusively uses Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide, since it ages and patinas beautifully with a bit of handling and some everyday wear, changing over time just like we do. These leathers are dyed entirely with natural tannins, and without chrome or chemicals. A well patinaed leather wallet or belt represents the Italian casual-chic approach excellently, as these items are timeless and durable, and always compliment outfits of any sort. 

This is Il Bisonte's classic bifold wallet, crafted from a beautifully supple veg-tanned Italian cowhide, with each wallet showcasing unique natural texture and leather grain that will be highlighted further as the leather ages and patinas. Seppia is a rich brown that lands somewhere between a caramel and a chocolate, which leaves it light enough to appreciate signifcant patina over time, but dark enough that it is much more versatile than a lighter shade of brown. This bifold features a few very functional details that elevate it past a usual bifold, including a hidden ID pocket with a snap closure flap, an unlined, divided bill pocket, and six large card pockets throughout. All of these additional details are built with the same veg-tanned Italian cowhide.
