FN-FB-004 Horsehide Logger Boot Black
These are based on vintage logging boots, traditional PNW work boots worn by lumberjacks. They have a clean, striking silhouette that combines lace-to-toe construction with a logger heel that gives them tons of style alongside a very comfortable, adjustable fit. Flat Head constructs these with a 6" shaft height, Vibram 700 half soles and heels, brass eyelets and speedhooks, and builds them with traditional stitchdown construction, sewing through the upper to the midsole and outsole to create a waterproof, resoleable boot.
Constructed from Japanese Shinki Hikaku veg-tanned horsebutt leather, these logger boots are made from one of the most premium footwear materials on the market. This is a rugged, heavyweight teacore leather with great natural texture that will only look better with more time and wear, as well as a brown-coloured core that will begin to show through in high-wear areas, giving them excellent patina.
