A partnership founded on mutual respect, these sunglasses are crafted by Kaneko Optical in collaboration with Fullcount; designed after vintage French versions of Wellington frames from the 1940s and 50s, known as "Parisien" frames. They feature a large profile shape with rounded edges, a wider top, and a narrower bottom. Expertly crafted with top-quality black cellulose acetate, these Full Count x Kaneko Optical Parisiens feature Fullcount and Kaneko Optical lettering inside the arms, and are available with either grey or green replaceable sun lenses.

Founded in 1958, Kaneko Optical has risen from a humble eyewear retailer to one of the leading forces in Japan's eyewear industry, in addition to showcasing globally at some of the world's best international shows. Located in Sabae in Fukui prefecture, known as the eyeglass capital of Japan for their artisan craftsmanship, Kaneko Optical's eyewear is handcrafted by patient artisans with decades of expertise, to the extremely robust construction standards of both Sabae and Fullcount. During late 19th century Sabae's farmers began making eyeglasses as a secondary business to support them during the cold months and harsh weather, and in the following decades this secondary business became Sabae's major specialization, with an astounding 96% of all Japanese eyeglasses being made in Sabae these days. To this day the glasses are carefully handcrafted by patient artisans.
