These No. 8 slubby tees from UES have become the ideal which all other slubby t-shirts should aspire to, featuring one of the most impressive t-shirt fabrics we have ever seen, with absurd amounts of texture and an incredible, unique hand. This is a true knit t-shirt, woven on vintage knitting machines at a very low tension, incorporating super thick, textured yarns as the base of the knit. The outcome is is a very substantial heavyweight tee with such outstanding texture that not only can one see and track the irregularity down the vertical weave of the knit on the face of the fabric, but slub and nep can also be seen all over the knit in the gaps between the threads. With a super soft hand and great fit, this is easily one of the most comfortable t-shirts we have tried. Combine that with the wicked texture, versatile colours, and robust construction for an ideal heavyweight slubby tee.
