While we suggest sizing down one full size from your standard sneaker size for Viberg's 2030 Service Boot last, the 2030 Slipper runs large and you will need to size down another half to a full size depending on the volume of your foot. If you do not know your boot size, start with 1.5 sizes down from your sneaker size or brannock measurement. Due to the deconstructed near-wholecut nature of the slipper, the initially snug upper will stretch around your forefoot and relax.

The Viberg Slipper is one of their newer models, introduced in 2016. This is essentially Viberg's take on a casually elegant Venetian loafer, featuring an unstructured wholecut single-piece vamp connected at the heel with a minimal backstay, built upon Viberg's proprietary Lactae-Hevea sole for longevity, versatility, and comfort. Inspired by a vintage travel slipper, the unstructured upper and lack of midsole make this a slipper that will quickly form to your foot for unmatched comfort, while the sole makes it appropriate for both indoor and outdoor wear. Both are lightweight and easily compactable for travel purposes.

Like Kangaroo leather, Deer is also known for its incredible tensile strength paired with a soft, supple hand that retains serious durability. Deerskin is light and forgiving, and thus is often used for jackets, gloves, and bags, but deerskin footwear is just as functional and grants excellent comfort. Maryam has taken the roughout side of deerskin and given it a waxed finish. This provides multiple benefits, from increased durability and abrasion resistance, to the appearance of a smooth leather which fills dual roles as both a casual day-to-day summer shoe that can be dressed up and styled as a true Venetian loafer.
